MSSL Global is a global manufacture of automotive parts. Their Durban factory supplies plastic injected parts to Toyota.
Vaviri submitted a proposal to replace all none LED lights in the Durban factory with energy efficient quality LED lighting from Philips. A full Relux design analysis was done to select the correct lux levels in the production, paint shop, assembly and storage areas.
Vaviri then planned the removal and installation of the new lights working around the factories strict production schedule so as not to disrupt the work flow.
